By booking or using Dependo Premium Car Service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

2. Services Provided

We provide point-to-point and airport transportation services within Minnesota and to selected out-of-state destinations. Our services are offered subject to availability and confirmation of booking.

3. Booking & Payment

• Bookings should be made in advance to ensure availability.
• Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed.
• Rates are comparable to local taxi fares but may vary depending on distance, time, and special requests.

4. Customer Responsibilities

• Be ready at the pickup location at the agreed time.
• Use the service for lawful purposes only.
• Prohibited actions include: spamming, hacking, illegal activities, and misuse of the service.

5. Cancellations & Delays

• Please provide at least 12 hours’ notice for cancellations.
• We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or other events beyond our control.

6. Luggage & Personal Items

We will assist with your luggage; however, you are responsible for ensuring your belongings are securely packed and collected at the end of the trip.

7. Limitation of Liability

Dependo Premium Car Service is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use of our services.

8. Termination of Service

We may terminate service without notice in cases of non-payment, violation of these terms, or inappropriate behavior.

9. Governing Law

The laws of Dakota County, Minnesota, USA govern these Terms & Conditions.
